How are disputes managed?

Please firstly try to resolve any disputes directly with the buyer or seller. If unsuccessful, you can log a dispute with our support team by clicking the ‘Create Dispute’ button within the order. Upon receipt of a dispute query, Coindirect are entitled, but not obliged to take any further appropriate action in order to resolve the dispute. We may request additional information from both buyer and seller to resolve the dispute.
