I've made a payment for coins, but I haven't received the coins yet. What must I do?

Double-check that the funds has left your bank account, that you’ve uploaded your proof of payment and you’ve confirmed your payment. If this has all been done and you still have not received your coins, contact the seller directly through our 'Chat' feature. If you are unable to resolve the issue directly with the seller, you can initiate a dispute by clicking the ‘Create a Dispute’ button within the order.
